Living close to Kyiv while having your own garden, a terrace, and a poolside place to relax is exactly the scenario we built into Lake Hills, an intimate cottage town in Oseshchyna. Here you can start the morning with coffee outdoors, gather friends for dinner, or spend a quiet evening at home watching the kids play in the yard.

Overview
The town brings together nine private plots and three types of one- and two-story houses, with layouts for the different needs of families. The placement of the homes, access roads, parking, and landscaping are designed as a single system. Light facades, graphite accents, and the texture of wood create a cohesive image of the town, while large windows fill the rooms with light and open up views of each home's own garden.
Solution
Terraces, gardens, and pools expand what a home can offer. Breakfast with the family, children's games, reading in the fresh air, or a summer get-together with friends all have a place in your own yard. The connection between the interior spaces and the plot became one of the main ideas of the project, so that residents can fully enjoy the benefits of suburban life every day.
