Private house
Terra House
Terra House is a private house in Kropyvnytskyi for which we developed the architectural concept of the facades. The project is based on the aim of giving the house a recognizable character through an expressive silhouette, natural materials, and thoughtful architectural details.

Overview
The main accent is the dynamic roofline. Its wide overhang shapes the distinctive silhouette of the house, protects the facade from the sun, and creates a sense of lightness in the upper volume. The dark soffit of the roof visually continues into the facade finishes, uniting separate elements into a cohesive composition.
Solution
The ground floor has a more monumental and private character thanks to its natural travertine cladding. The light stone creates a warm base for the house, while dark wood-toned surfaces and graphic frames add contrast. On the second floor, the composition becomes lighter: tall windows and a transparent terrace railing open the house outward and fill the private rooms with natural light. Special attention was paid to the entrance area. A deep canopy forms a sheltered space in front of the entrance, while a vertical accent and integrated lighting set it apart within the overall facade composition. The garage, meanwhile, does not dominate: it is visually integrated into the stone volume of the ground floor. In the evening, concealed linear lighting highlights the roof contour, the entrance, and the horizontal lines of the facade, revealing the natural texture of the stone and the warm tones of the finishes. As a result, Terra House has a contemporary yet warm character, with clear geometry, natural materials, and architectural solutions that work not only for the image of the house but also for the everyday comfort of its residents.
