Horizon House
Horizon House is a private single-story house in Cherkasy region, created around the idea of a calm life in constant contact with nature. The horizontal architecture seems to dissolve into the landscape, while the living spaces open up to the terrace, the water, and the garden.

Overview
The layout of the house is designed so that the boundary between the interior and the outdoors almost disappears. Panoramic glazing fills the rooms with natural light, while wide canopies create shaded terraces that are comfortable to spend time on throughout the day. At the same time, they protect the interior from excessive sun.
Solution
A restrained palette of natural stone, dark metal, and glass emphasizes the clean geometry of the house. The materials continue from the facades onto the terrace, visually uniting architecture and landscape into a single environment. The heart of the house is the terrace with a pool and a sunken lounge area with a fire pit, a space for quiet evenings, gatherings with friends, and relaxing outdoors. In the evening, integrated lighting softly highlights the lines of the roof and creates a warm atmosphere around the house.
