The W House apart-hotel project combines a temporary-stay format with the feeling of a private residential environment. The architecture of the building is shaped as a multi-level composition with terraces and a gradual setback of the upper floors, which visually reduces the scale of the volume and gives the development a more intimate character.

Overview
The architectural image is based on a combination of light brick, dark metal, and large areas of glazing. The contrast of materials emphasizes the horizontal division of the facades, while deep loggias, balconies, and terraces add sculptural depth to the volume. Large windows provide natural light to the apartments and strengthen the connection between the interior spaces and the surroundings.
Solution
Open private spaces play a special role in the composition. Terraces are formed on different levels of the building and become a natural extension of the apartments. Landscaping is integrated into the architecture and softens the geometry of the facades, creating a transition between the building and its residential surroundings. The layouts were developed with different scenarios of short- and long-term stays in mind. The functionality of the apartments, the privacy of living areas, natural light, and access to open spaces became the main principles of the building's organization. The interiors continue the architectural concept of the project. A neutral natural palette is complemented by expressive color accents, and the furniture, lighting, and finishes were chosen with comfort and the intensive use of an apart-hotel in mind. As a result, W House forms a contemporary residential environment where architecture, landscape, and interior work as a single system, combining the privacy of apartments with the service format of a hotel.
